Meet Kaitlin

Illustrator | Artist | Designer

My Bio

Hi! I’m Kaitlin Wilson, and art has always been a huge part of my life.

In high school, I took Honors and AP Studio Art, led the Set Design program, and often stayed in the art studio long after school ended. That passion led me to pursue art more seriously at Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida, where I earned my degree in Visual Studies with a concentration in Illustration, along with minors in Art History and Creative Writing.

After graduating in 2021, I continued building on my education through graduate design classes at Endicott College and UCLA. I’m currently working toward my Master of Science at Drexel University in Creative Education and Entrepreneurship, with a minor in Higher Education Leadership, and I’ll be finishing in June 2026.

Throughout my Master’s, I’ve focused on the psychology of creativity in higher education and how to best support, guide, and advise young adults pursuing creative paths. I’m especially interested in academic advising and admissions, and the role they play in helping artists find programs where they can truly thrive—whether that’s through portfolio development, navigating the application process, or building confidence in their creative voice and direction.

At this point in my journey, what excites me most is helping other artists grow. I’m passionate about creating supportive, encouraging spaces where students feel seen, capable, and inspired as they take the next steps in their artistic journeys. I’m looking forward to expanding my career in art higher education—particularly in advising or admissions—and I would love the opportunity to connect!
